Dr Erin Heim

Biography:

Erin Heim earned a PhD from the University of Otago, an MA in New Testament from Denver Seminary, and a BMus from the University of Minnesota. In 2019 she received the Manfred T. Lautenschläger prize for her published doctoral thesis, Adoption in Galatians and Romans (Brill, 2017). She has authored numerous articles and essays on Pauline theology, Theological Interpretation of Scripture, and metaphor in the Bible. Erin is also a cohost of the popular biblical studies and theology podcast: OnScript.

Erin is on the board of Logia, an initiative of the Logos Institute for Analytical and Exegetical Theology, which seeks to support women who are considering pursuing postgraduate Divinity education or who are already students or staff at this level.
